Our Returns Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your SARAOONT purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened baby feeding items, earplugs, worn jewellery and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

How to Request a Return

Email us at infosaraoont@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Our team will confirm the return and send instructions.
Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement is processed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty or incorrect.
