All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices and product availability at any time. Product images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued in such cases.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant payment systems. We do not store your card details.

5. Shipping

Delivery is available across the UAE. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted in line with our Refund Policy.
